Description
(Name of your company) is looking for a Quality Manager based in (city of the vacancy) to oversee all services processes to make sure that all of them meet consistent standards. This position reports directly to the (e.g. Operations Director) in Mexico and dotted line to the Quality Director at (Corporate Name). This position will be responsible for developing and implementing field quality control tests, inspecting installations and services at various stages, and writing reports documenting quality issues. The primary responsibilities include understanding customer expectations and needs, outlining quality standards, and developing quality control processes. The Quality Manager will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating internal processes, examining services to determine their quality, engaging with customers, and gathering customer experience feedback, among other duties.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities

- Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a service.
- Developing quality control processes.
- Designing services specifications.
- Ensuring services and installations adhere to legal and safety standards.
- Supervising staff and monitoring service standards.
- Review and track installations that fail quality standards.
- Engaging with customers and gathering service feedback.
- Deploy and manage customer satisfaction surveys.
- Producing statistical reports on quality standards.
- Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Develop a broad quality strategy to ensure performance excellence.
- Partner up with Company Mexico Leaders to evaluate service and performance gaps.
- Ensure compliance with the NOM’s applicable for our Company in Mexico and any other operational regulation.
- Develop a continuous improvement field strategy to improve performance.
- Participate in Global Quality Projects.
- Integrate and align performance excellence methods.
Qualifications and Experience

- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or relevant field.
- Quality certifications (Desired).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Highly conscientious and diligent.
- Fully Bilingual Spanish and English (This is a must).
- 3+ years of experience as a Quality Manager.
- 4+ years of experience as a Quality Specialist or in a similar role.
- Experience working with Mexican NOMs.
- Experience in designing business processes and guidelines.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
